Returns & exchanges

Due to the nature of our products:

No refunds or returns will be accepted for change of mind, including dissatisfaction with the product. Opened, used or tampered products will not be eligible for return or exchange.

1. Refunds or replacements will only be considered where:

• The product is damaged, leaking or defective upon delivery. • The incorrect item was delivered. • The product is materially different from what was described.

Please return the unused items within 72 hours of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. If item shows signs of use or tampering, it will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

2. How to report the refund/exchange: Any issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Claims must include: • Clear photos of the outer packaging • The product inside the bag • Any visible damage or leakage

3. Damaged Parcels in Transit: If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, you must: • Take photos immediately before opening • Report the issue within 72 hours Opening or using a damaged product without reporting may affect your claim.

4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. • All returns must be sent using The Courier Guy Pudo Locker. • We’ll provide the return details once your return has been approved.

5. Fair Refund Conditions • Refunds are processed strictly based on the conditions outlined in this policy and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. • All claims are assessed using objective evidence, including product condition, packaging, and delivery details.

IMPORTANT: • The product must remain unused and in its original condition when reporting a claim. • Failure to provide proper evidence may result in the claim being declined.

If approved, we will provide: • A replacement product or • A full refund if a replacement is not available.
