• A R60 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your slot.
• Remaining balance is to be paid after your hair is complete via IMMEDIATE EFT ONLY (I do not accept cash)
• If you're more than 10 min late, you will be charged R50 however, 20 min late = CANCELLATION and deposit is forfeited.
• If you wish to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24h before appointment or your deposit will be forfeited
• My working hours are 10:00-17:00, anything earlier or later will require an additional R100.
• I do not do house calls.
• I do not take same day bookings.
• No plus ones allowed as space is limited.
• No refunds after your hair is complete, please communicate any concerns during appointment.
• For installations, please come with CLEAN lace.
• I do NOT work with dirty laces. installed. I hold the right to decline a service if the state of the wig is one I cannot work with.
• For wig wash/treatment/customisation, please drop off your wig at least 2 days before your appointment.
• Hair must be flat/braided down for your wig to fit.
• I do install synthetic wigs but cannot curl or wash them.
• Any service that was confirmed via the booking website is the service that will be offered on the day of the appointment, should you want to change - please let me know at least 3 days beforehand otherwise no changes can be made.
• Book ahead to avoid disappointment.
